Reading these pages leaves you anonymous: no sign-up, no login, no trail of personal details behind you. The tours themselves, from a Trastevere evening walk to a pasta class near the Pantheon, are booked elsewhere, and that handover is described below.

The site keeps its measurement deliberately thin. It counts page views, rough referrers, device type and which outbound listing links get clicked, so it can tell whether a page actually helped someone pick between a Trastevere evening walk and a pasta class near the Pantheon. That is the whole picture. No names, no email addresses, no phone numbers and no card details, because nothing on this site asks for any of them and there is nothing to buy here.

Third-Party Scripts

The analytics tool sets its own cookies when it counts visits. Any embedded map of the food-tour neighborhoods, whether Trastevere, Testaccio or the streets around Campo de' Fiori, loads from its provider as the page renders, and it sets cookies under that provider's policy rather than this one. Hosting

Cloudflare serves these pages and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse filtering. That is a normal part of how the web runs. Nobody goes through those logs to profile or name individual readers, and the logs are not used to build any picture of who read which page about which tour.

You have real choices here. A script blocker, tracking protection or a private window switches the analytics off and nothing breaks, since every listing renders without JavaScript. And if you would rather skip this site entirely, you can go straight to the platform that sells a tour, or to the operator itself, and book without passing through here.
